PART A – COMPETITION DETAILS
1. Promoter:
Rippa Rewards Pty Ltd. (ACN 690 858 783/ABN 41 690 858 783)

2. Eligible Jurisdictions:
Residents of Victoria (VIC), New South Wales (NSW), Queensland QLD), Western
Australia (WA), Tasmania (TAS), and Northern Territory (NT) only.
3. Exclusions:
This offer is available to residents of all Australian states and territories excluding the
Australian Capital Territory (ACT) and South Australia (SA), due to applicable permit
restrictions. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to consult their respective state
or territory's eligibility requirements prior to making a purchase. By proceeding with a
purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted
these terms, and confirms their eligibility to participate.
4. Promotion Period:
Any live Promotion is displayed on the website, the end of promotion is displayed via the countdown timer for each, if there is no timer, the promotion will end when full.

5. Eligibility Requirements:
• Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
• Must reside in one of the eligible jurisdictions and hold a valid Australian
address.
• Entrants must purchase a valid Digital Artwork from the collectable catalogue
via the Promoter’s Website (www.ripparewards.com.au) during the Promotion
Period. The number of entries allocated to each purchase is 1x entry, the details
of which are published on the website.
• Additional entries may be offered through promotional campaigns, referral
incentives, or other offers made available during the Promotion Period. Details
of such promotional offers will be published on the Promoter’s website and are
subject to change without notice.

• Entries may be gained through the purchase of a Digital artwork collectables and
through non-purchase methods such as promotional offers, referrals or free
entry opportunities, as published on the Promoter’s Website.
• Multiple entries may be purchased for each giveaway on the same promotion
but is limited at the discretion of the promoter.
• A maximum of 50 entries per Entrant per prize for the duration of the Promotion
Period.

Note: Ineligibility Clause – Promoter Affiliates:
Employees of the Promoter and any member of their immediate family (defined as a
spouse, de facto partner, child, or sibling) are ineligible to enter or win any prizes in this
Competition.

Total Prize Pool Value: As specified on each.

Notes
• All physical prizes in this Giveaway are brand new.
• Prizes are not redeemable for other products or services and are not
transferable or exchangeable except at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Prize delivery must be to an Australian address. Cash Prizes are paid into an
Australian bank account.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or substitute any prize (or part
thereof) with a prize of equal or greater value, or to remove a prize entirely
without replacement, in the event it becomes unavailable due to circumstances

beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Any such change will be subject to
regulatory approval where required.

PART C - ENTRY AND DRAW PROCEDURE
1. Method of Entry
• It is the responsibility of each Entrant to ensure they meet all eligibility
requirements and complete a valid qualifying purchase during the Promotion
Period. The Promoter is not liable for entries that are incomplete, invalid, or
submitted by ineligible participants.
• Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate.
• Incomplete, invalid, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
• Entries can be cross checked via the promoter's website once the promotion
closes, this will be made available before the draw is started.
2. Draw Procedure
• The draw will take place at specified time announced on social media and the website

• The draw will be conducted using a random ball draw system, ensuring
compliance with applicable regulatory standards.
• Winners will be selected randomly and fairly, the first number ball that is
produced at the time of the ball machine being activated will be the winning
number.
• The location of the draw is Rippa Rewards studio.
3. Winner Notification
• Winners will be notified within two (2) days of the draw via the phone number
and in writing via the email address provided at the time of entry. The Promoter
shall not be held responsible for any failure to notify the Winner due to incorrect
contact details submitted by the Entrant.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Promoter’s Website
www.ripparewards.com.au and social media channels.

4. Prize Claim and Delivery
• Prizes will be delivered within ninety (90) days of verification and confirmation of
eligibility.
• Prize winners must provide valid proof of identity and Australian residency prior
to delivery.
• If the Prize is not claimed by the Winner within three (3) months of the draw date,
and the Promoter has made reasonable efforts to contact the Winner during that

period, the Promoter reserves the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner
selected in accordance with the original draw process.
• If required the redraw will take place on 90 days after the original draw, location of
redraw is Rippa Rewards studio.

PART D - LIABILITY, WARRANTIES AND GENERAL
1. Liability Exclusion:
• The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected
entries.
• The Promoter is not liable for loss, damage, or personal injury suffered by a
participant as a result of entering or winning the competition, except where such
liability cannot be excluded under law.
• The Promoter does not accept responsibility for third-party supplier issues.
2. Technical or Human Errors:
In the event of any technical malfunction, human error, or other unforeseen
circumstance that impacts the allocation, processing, or selection of entries, the
Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to either transfer the affected entries
to an alternative promotion of equivalent value or to conduct a redraw. Any such
decision shall be made in a fair and transparent manner and will be communicated to
the affected Entrants accordingly.
3. Tax Implications Disclaimer:
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding tax obligations of any
Winner. Winners are solely responsible for seeking independent financial or tax advice
regarding their prize.
4. No Employment Relationship:
Participation in the Competition does not create any employment, agency, or
partnership relationship between the Entrant and the Promoter.
5. Consumer Guarantees:
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies any rights under
the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or similar legislation that cannot be
excluded, restricted or modified by agreement.

6. Privacy and Data Use:
• By entering, Entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their
personal information by the Promoter for the purposes of conducting the
competition and delivering prizes.
• Personal information may be shared with third-party providers for the purpose of
fulfilling prizes or regulatory compliance.
• The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the official Website.
• Personal data collected will be retained only for as long as necessary to
administer the Competition and fulfil legal obligations. Thereafter, data will be
securely destroyed or de-identified unless continued retention is lawfully
permitted.
7. Modification or Cancellation Clause:
The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, cancel or terminate the Competition
at any time without notice, subject to applicable laws and relevant gaming authority
approval where required. If the Competition is cancelled, no compensation will be
payable.
8. Tax Implications Disclaimer
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding tax obligations of any
Winner. Winners are solely responsible for seeking independent financial or tax advice
regarding their prize.
9. Disqualification and Suspension
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who breaches these Terms,
tampers with the entry process, or submits misleading or fraudulent information. The
Promoter reserves the right to audit entries and disqualify any Entrant suspected of
tampering with the entry process, using automated systems or bots, engaging in
fraudulent activity, or otherwise undermining the fairness or integrity of the
competition. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into.
10. Promoter’s Final Decision Clause
The Promoter reserves the right to make final determinations on any matters relating to
the Competition, including but not limited to eligibility, entry validity, prize allocation,
and disqualification. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. Publicity Release
By accepting a prize, Winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity activities
(such as photos, interviews, or public announcements). Winners grant the Promoter a
non-exclusive, royalty free license to use their name, likeness, and city of residence in

marketing materials, media, and promotional publications, without any additional
compensation, unless prohibited by law.
12. Force Majeure
The Promoter is not liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to events
beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war,
pandemic, or government restrictions.
13. Dispute Resolution Clause
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Competition will be handled in
accordance with the laws of New South Wales. Where possible, disputes will be
resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to mediation before
litigation.
14. General
• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Any provision deemed invalid will be severed, and the remainder will remain in
effect.
• Failure to enforce a right or provision under these Terms does not constitute a
waiver of that right or provision.
• Capitalised terms have the meaning defined in these Terms or as commonly
understood in context.
